Using iRana

iRana is a platform that connects customers requesting local tasks with runners who fulfil them and, where relevant, merchants who participate in fulfilment flows. By using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• iRana may require additional verification before enabling task acceptance, payouts, or merchant participation.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that present safety, fraud, or compliance concerns.

Tasks and fulfilment

• Customers are responsible for submitting accurate task details, locations, and instructions.
• Runners are responsible for carrying out accepted tasks safely, lawfully, and as described.
• Merchant participation is subject to approval and may require settlement and subaccount configuration.
• iRana may remove, pause, or reject tasks that appear unsafe, illegal, fraudulent, or operationally unworkable.

Payments

Payments made through the platform are processed by third-party payment providers. iRana does not store customer card details. Task access, fulfilment, settlement, and payouts may depend on payment confirmation, verification status, and internal review controls.

Cancellations and disputes

Customers and runners may raise disputes through platform workflows where available. iRana may review task records, communication history, uploaded evidence, and payment status when making a resolution decision. Refunds, reversals, or task status changes remain subject to the facts of the case and applicable payment constraints.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use iRana for illegal goods, unsafe errands, fraud, abuse, harassment, impersonation, manipulation of payments, or any conduct that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the platform where necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, respond to legal obligations, or enforce our policies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, iRana provides the platform on an as-available basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, uninterrupted third-party services, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
