- Task information such as pickup and dropoff addresses, descriptions, notes, and related status updates.
- Runner and merchant verification details, including identity documents, selfies, bank details, and proof of address where required.
- Location data where a runner enables location access for task matching, routing, and fulfilment updates.
- Communications, support requests, dispute information, and uploaded evidence.
How we use information

- To create, route, accept, and complete tasks on the platform.
- To verify runners and merchants before enabling sensitive platform actions.
- To process payments and maintain transaction records.
