Disputes
If you believe a task was not completed correctly or there is a payment or fulfilment issue, use the in-app dispute flow where available and include as much detail and evidence as possible. Support may review task records, communication history, and uploaded evidence during the investigation.
Safety concerns
If there is an immediate emergency or safety risk, contact local emergency services first. Platform support is not a substitute for emergency response.
